At Presley Elle, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all photos, descriptions, measurements, sizing information, and item condition carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.

All merchandise is carefully inspected prior to shipment and is guaranteed authentic.

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by Presley Elle.
